Are within any parks that I could stir jog contained by downtown San Jose, Costa Rica?
Going to be in San Jose contained by January and staying a couple of months. I figure I'm gonna to lose greatly of weight since I'm gonna be nearby for awhile. Going to be working out at Gold's Gym at the Radison near downtown. But I don't resembling treadmills. I like outside cardio.
Answers: You could hurry on the Sabana, which is in the west of internal San Jose. It is said to be the "lung" of the city, but be careful not to hurry when there are few relations (not too early or too late). Many run there everyday.
The Sabana is your best bet but downtown is fairly polluted. A lot of Costa Ricans jog around the campus of the University of Costa Rica because near is less traffic.
