What are the consequences if I overstay surrounded by Costa Rica?
I need another two months over my 90 light of day,if I don't exit the country and pay my immigration fine will I hold problems if I want to visit Costa Rica again?
Answers: Okay, the country is really not too strict when it comes to travelers and foreigners who are spending money contained by the country thus driving the economy. If you are however surrounded by the country after your ninety days and someone asks to see your passport, your in for a thoroughly unpleasing situation. They will first take you to the police station and next to the nearest immigration authorities. this could mean anyone put in a big room full of risky immigrants from Nicaragua and other places and waiting to be given a disinterested hearing by an officer. I know one woman who be caught but she has a business down here and is immediately in the process of applying for residency and is allowed to stay within the country while this process commences. She was taken to San Jose until that time they decided to release her and vanished her with no assistance to get put a bet on to her home which was contained by Samara on the Nicoya Peninsula. You however would just be immoral and possibly deported. Don't take the coincidence, go to Nicaragua for 3 days to Granada or playa del sur and formulate a vacation of it, Or suffer uncomfortably the Costa Rica Immigration.
