It depends where you stay as resourcefully, although the outlets and voltage is the same as contained by the USA, the place you are staying might have unbelievably outdated electric and might not have ample capacity to power the coat dryer without blowing fuses or circuit breakers... if you are staying at a descent hotel you will be fine, but if you are going to be means of access outside of larger towns staying at some old hole surrounded by the wall, you could have a problem.
