what are some fun activities to do near? and, if you are familiar next to festivals contained by caracas or around the area could you describe them to me? thank you, links to sites would be appreciated!

You can dance to:
El avila: you can go hiking or grasp on the telesférico to the top.
El Hatillo: it's a Colonial town.
El Centro de Caracas: Downtown Caracas, it's not very undisruptive but worth the risk. Yu can visit the Plaza Bolivar where on earth you can find the Catedral de Caracas and Museo Sacro. A block away is the house of Simón Bolívar.
La quinta Anauco in San Bernardino. It's a colonial house turned to museum where on earth you can see house people used to live. It is better keept after the house of the Libertador and has lovely gardens.
La plaza de los museos: Here you can find the Museo de bellas artes and the galería de arte nacional. Both where on earth made by Carlos Raul Villanueva, the most important venezuelan architect. Nearby is the ateneo theater and the teatro teresa carre~no.
The ciudad universitaria is worth a stop but linger until the student protests calm. I be disigned by Villanueva and is "patrimonio de la humanidad" by the UNESCO.
El parque del este is a large park within the middle of the city it was disigned by the brazilian landscapest Burle Max. Next to it on the Av Fransisco de Miranda is the Estancia that have art and cultural expositions. Corpbanca sometimes as cultural expositions.
