Most answers hit the usual spots. Also try Catedral de Sal in the vicinity Bogota (Zipaquira about 50km away) and the Gold Museum surrounded by the capital.
Also try Villa De Leyva north of Bogota, but it have a dramatically different climate since it is much lower in elevation.
Personnaly, I approaching the Department of Narino, but you won't find many tourists at hand except for the carnival of black and white at year end.
If u dance to cartagena (where most people jump to), u might wanna take a tour around the city (its pretty small but really pretty). theres a place thats call the old city or La ciudad Vieja, and near are really good restaurants. Also, u can step to the beach, which is close to everything within the city because Cartagena is sorta like an island. u can also lug a boat and go to these islands that are like1 hour away. they are call Las islas Del Rosario and they are reallyyyyy pretty! there u can shift to an aquarium and to the beach first Bogota walk only to the north and the park of the 93 street and technology, well-mannered arquitecture and good looking ancestors (white and mestizo) and parties
next Cali only Salsa
afterwards CartAGENA, second Tunja- Boyaca = good food and indians
after Guajira deserts and beaches
afterwards Santa marta more indians (koguis) and wonderful beaches
and Barranquilla and Valledupar single vallenato music
if you want to go to Manizales or medellin is your problem
