Are citizens from Belize considered Latino?
I know Belize is an english speaking country but are they considered Spanish too?
Answers: Yes they are latins, althought not most people speak english, nearby are so many society that speak spanish!

Geographically speaking , you could pose an argument for Belize being factor of Latin America. That all depends on how you describe Latin America.
There are several definitions of Latin America, none of them model or necessarily logically consistent:
In most common contemporary usage, Latin America refers simply to those territories surrounded by the Americas where the Spanish or Portuguese language prevail: Mexico, most of Central and South America, plus Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico in the Caribbean.
Strictly speaking, Latin America can designate adjectives of those countries and territories surrounded by the Americas where a Romance verbal communication (i.e. languages derived from Latin, and hence the designation of the region) are spoken: Spanish, Portuguese, French, and creole languages base upon these. I have three friends from belize, that I work next to ,spanish seems to be their spoken communication of first choice, so I would say yes.
