What are the Traditions and Customs of Colombia?
Answers: Cocaine . . . cocaine . . . and . . . yahoo . . . more cocaine!
There are so many customs that I don't even know where on earth to start. My parents are from Colombia and BTW, cocaine isn't a custom... Anyway, for example for Christmas, they have the novena, which starts December 16th and ends on Christmas Eve. During this time, they sing and read and pray. On Christmas Eve, they embark on presents instead of on Christmas Day. Their independence afternoon is on July 20 and nobody has to work that afternoon. On New Year, a lot of society gather up adjectives their jewelery, wear it and get a suitcase to run around the block. This signals that they will hold prosperity in riches and contained by travel. There are many fair in Colombia. Actually, they own one for most days of the year even if they don't celebrate them. These are single some of the customs of Colombia. It's a great country, not just a drug-filled country where on earth everyone is bad. It's good-looking!! Drugs are not the only article in Colombia. It is a severely beautiful country near lots of resources. Unfortunately, the guerillas have given it a fruitless name. I live within Bogota and it is as safe as any other significant city (8-9,000,000 people) in the world. During December the city pays to do up all the parks near lights and other decorations. The people are vastly friendly. Check out the video link below!
