San Jose. (We will need to jump by bus). Are the beaches top smaller quantity? Are they safe? What something like sharks and sting rays.

Answers: Hey I'm going to Costa Rica in unpaid March for the first time. We are planning to go to Playa Hermosa which is in the order of a 2 hour drive West from San Jose, thus being on the Pacific side of CR. As of right presently the water temp is around 83 F and the atmosphere temp is in the soaring 80s during the day. I am not sure going on for topless beaches but the surf is supposed to be epic. Because this is my first time surrounded by CR Im not sure about sharks and stingrays but formulate sure not to go swimming surrounded by some of the rivers...crocodiles.
Have fun!
Yes, it is warm... they consider this time of year summer (although technically they are NORTH of the equator, so...
The beach are relatively safe, but I enjoy not seen any topless women at any of the beach I have visit... I am sure there are some nude beach somewhere though.
As at any beach, within could be dangerous critters within the water, but I would be more concerned near being pulled out by a rip tide and drowning next I would be concerned with critters within the water... surfers dance to Costa Rica because they have great surf, but next to that comes a lot of exposure if you are just "wading" contained by the water. Unless you are a really apposite swimmer/surfer, stay out of the water if the side are big.
If you are not familiar beside the country just progress to Jaco... it is fairly comfortable to get to.
Definitely particularly warm to swim within - like bathwater
All the beach are pretty safe as far as sharks and sting rays stir. Topless and nude sunbathing is generally frowned upon by the locals as they be aware of it is disrespectful. If you like to sunbath nude be sure to do so surrounded by secluded areas
