Costa Rica apposite deal within physical estate?
Does anyone know where or how to come by good deal in Costa rica e.g nice cheap areas and appropriate reliable agents or contacts. Please only conversant people inevitability answers I dont need opinion but thanks.
Answers: Probably the best over round nouns would be around Quepos a little fishing rural community of about 4,000 souls on the Pacific side of CR.
its one and only minutes away from Manuel Antonio Nature Park/Beach and right in the middle of adjectives of the tourist activities.
It take only 25 minutes to fly within from San Jose by Sansa Air ( Round trip costs $118.00 which includes tax).
You want to hire a good Real Estate Attorney ASAP when you own seen the property you intend buying as in that are a lot of scam down there.
Depending on what nouns you are interested in, in that are people to give support to you. As the others say at hand are the BIG ones like Century 21. There are also greatly of smaller companies, and many private ethnic group. Personally I would rather treaty with someone on a personal height. You should look around and get a have a feeling for the country , then resolve what area approaching best. Naturally beachfront is the most expensive. There are beautiful view from the mountains, but the roads here are HORRIBLE. The area in the middle from Cuidad Neilly to San Vito is growing >> lots of nice lots available reasonable. I am just familiar beside the southern zone, but is I can be of further help surface free to write to me. The people surrounded by Costa Rica know what their land is worth in a minute... there are few if any steals in this day and age.
Century 21 has tons offices down nearby. Be careful of scam, and also property rights. Some land, especially as you grasp closer to the coast, cant be deeded and goes rear legs to the government every 99 years.
Also, if you are not nearby to defend it (your land), you could run into problems near squatters in the adjectives.
I recommend you go near for a month or two to really scope it out. and I recommend buying on the southwest coast between Pavones and Quapos.
I live contained by Costa Rica and work here too. Some of the people I know treaty in Real Estates. Besides, I've ease on many different places of this country where on earth other people will even know you could buy some arrive. I'm able to travel around and settle to the real citizens not just an agent.

If you're looking for trust worthy agents, its other safer to stick with the big guys...approaching Century 21. As far as good deal, it depends what you're looking for...beach, cattle farm, mountain etc... but I should forewarn you... real estate have boomed over the past 5-10 years and prices enjoy sky rocketed around most of the country. Again, depends on how deep your pockets are... but on average it'll be tough to find any pious property for less than $100 sq meter.
