Answers: Yes and Yes. There is a very sizable community of Asians within Nicaragua, particularly surrounded by Managua, the capital. Most of them are Chinese however. There are frequent Korean restaurants here, you'll even find Korean markets, i know of one which i've be to in Managua around Bello Horizonte. There is a correct Korean restaurant in that nouns as well.
