Could someone recommend a cheap cell phone surrounded by Panama ?
I need one to telephone call the USA while I'm there single.This way I can use it every time I dance.
Answers: On Via Espana, across from Super Mercado Rey, there are closely of little shops that sell Cell phones. Prices are as low as 29.99 and sometimes they hold "ofertas" (sales) and the prices are lower. Then you buy a chip for $3 bucks and you buy a scratch sour card that offers 'minutes'. The more minutes you buy the more expensive the card. Prices start at five dollars.
You can also buy an International card for five bucks, in need having to buy the phone and give somebody a lift it to any phone cafe and use it to call the USA.
