1. Costa Rica (CR) is different from other Central American countries, because first of all, here is not a military affairs of state, it was abolish on 1949. The problem that hold the rest of central american countries are corruption, extreme crime as Guatemala, Salvador and Honduras beside the Maras and Salvatruchas. Nicaragua was impressively affected by the Somoza's Government, and cutback has not be very stable because of it. Also several Civil Wars artificial Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala during the last century.
