you meant TOEFL lecturer? if so, they usually start about $5 an hour. For CR is alot of money. If you speak english and spanish surrounded by CR, you can make much more, I am newly giving you an estimate salary from goverment, not private companies. The requirements, you own to have documents that you can speak and write english/spanish like TOEFL records and your GED or high institution diploma.. Unless you want to be a a University level this is adjectives you need. Gd luck.
