Can someone describe the Bolivian landscape?

Answers:    It depends were surrounded by Bolivia you are. The Sierra are the highlands with a typical soaring altitude landscape (high mountains, sparce foliage and very distinct drizzly and dry seasons), So La Paz, is sierra. However, the area of Sta. Cruz is jungle, so hugely green, profuse vegetation, hot and humid.
The Sierras and the Flatlands are present but don't forget roughly the middle valleys, Cochabamba,Sucre and Tarija. Landscape is green next to thick palm trees, not the open-handed you find in Miami but the genus you find in L.A.The weather is moderately warm but dryer than that of the east.
