Can anyone answer what the story is if you are from south america living within spain.?
i think south american countries since they enjoy close links to spain only own to reside their for 3 years and not the usual 5 years as for other people.. can anyone notify me what happens when the time approaches for to procure your papers. you get your work permission is it, and then using that you attain your papers, im slightly confused, i want to know because i am with someone living contained by spain from south america and i am confused as to the process of getting the papers, if anyone who has be in this situation can answer it would be remarkably helpful, thank you adjectives..
Answers: Peruvians only hold to wait two years. Try asking Immigrations.
If they can prove a parent or grandparent be a spanish citizen they are entitled to spanish citizen
otherwise if the person overstayed their tourist visa they will enjoy to wait 2 years short leaving spain and if after two years they can prove that they hold a job they are entitled to spanish residency card
