Carnival surrounded by Brazil?

Of rio de janeiro

Answers: No way! Prices turn up upto 6 times, hotels are outrageously pricy, millions of people are crazy within the streets, drinking heavily, so no thanks, I've visit Rio twice (once for New Year) but I wouldn't want to go during Carnival time.
