What do I stipulation to buy a house contained by Guatemala?

Is it just approaching the United States? Do I apply for a loan? How will they determine if I am eligible?

Answers: Depends on who you buy it from. A lot of developments will do their own financing, but either road, it is simular to here in the US, but don't expect as right of interest rates.
