Answers: you will find matching as in US, as Marriott. Hyatt, Holyday Inn. Anyone, chileans are ok too...

You can dig out and choose hotel information, rates and availability for free in over 200 countries world all-embracing at my profile. I've been 7 times to Santiago and I can recommend some. My inclination best is Hyatt Regency although it's quite expensive. Right converse Hyatt is a wonderful boutique hotel (5 stars) called Kennedy which is much cheaper and wonderful.
However if you want to stir to a great budget hotel in a amazingly good nouns go to Holiday Inn Express within Vitacura. Another rather cheap and appropriate is Time Callao Apart Hotel.
