I'm going to costa rica for a 7 days. how much bread (USD) should I bring?
Answers: Having been subsidise & forth to beautiful CR tons times the past few years..I reflect on I can fairly say-so; bring only denominations of $1,$5,10. Tico's are drastically accomodating with those amounts...They do steal $20's & willingly will contribute change according to the exchange rate...so masses have lil calculators handy for you to do your own math... IF you hold a VISA card, you will have NO problem charging most everything you stipulation...CR doesn't like MasterCard as much as they do VISA! Cash knowledgeable you should TRY to keep the rank of cash low...they do NOT help yourself to kindly to Travelers checks at adjectives...so don't bother. If you choose to take larger bills approaching $100 or $50...just exchange them at the airports as soon as you can...Tico's love smaller American $$ & you will own no problem with paying for things beside them. Otherwise, use yoru VISA for all else...Carry constrained cash because nearby are very few places to hold your money safe & in safe hands while you do the zip lines,beaching. & other deeds...nor do you want to leave ANY valuables contained by your hotel/villa etc room...Temptation is what causes nicking, so just remember try to travel restrained so you can keep things near you...It is safe contained by Costa Rica, don't let relations convince you otherwise...the only big mistake travelers do is flaunt what they own...don't wear lots of jewelry, don't leave cameras,cell phones etc surrounded by view or eay access because they will disappear...only like anywhere else they will! So if you own a VISA...carry little lolly, dependin on what you are going to do & length of stay, your credit card should handle adjectives the big bils during your travel just fine. And should you have need of cash, you can shift to a CR bank & get hold of some via your Credit card if you must! Most things are very inexpensive within all of CR including events! Biggest expenses are car rental & where on earth you stay... Pura Vida!

How much do you enjoy vs. how much you're willing to spend. If you can integer how much it takes for YOU to live surrounded by the US for 7 days, add on the "time off extras," airfare, car rental, and what generous of hotel you can afford and/or want to stay at, and you will have the bread required for Costa Rica.
