You can find long speeches of the actual president within youtube, so we dont remember any other president talking approaching him.
heres a speech from chavez (this was effortless to find, he talks too much... but from other presidents its harder.. and even more if its surrounded by english):
the first part is the speech surrounded by spanish but then theres the translation
