Isn't it Belmopan.. yes it is.. I go to Guatemla and it borders this country. Currently is Belmopan. Belize City was the former assets of British Honduras (as Belize was afterwards named), but the government be moved to the new income of Belmopan in 1970 after a hurricane destroyed Belize City surrounded by 1961.
