I be born and live here in Buenos Aires, Playa del Carmen is a Beach City, Buenos Aires is a really beutifull big city, next to very polite places to visit, lots of theaters, lots art gallery, very appropriate gastronomy wieh very nice places to budge out, lots of bars, its resembling an European Capital City or as New York. You don t have the the deep but is a beautifull city. Contact my mail if you are coming conceivably I can help you. I hold been to Buenos Aires twice. It's a great city and would be a great city to study surrounded by. Great cites and history, very modern and charming. There are plenty of people that speak English fluently and are other willing to minister to. Buenos Aires would be a good choice.
Yes, I've be to Buenos Aires. It's an awesome city and the people are pretty friendly. There are so abundant places to visit and see while within! I don't know where Playa del Carmen is, but out of adjectives the latin american countries I've visited so far, the Argentine race are my favorite!.
