1. Hotel Plaza Paitilla Inn is located on Via Italy and not Ave. Balboa.
2. The hotel is not close to Calle to Uruaguay by a long shot. It is in the order of 10 minutes by car.
3. Hotel Continental is stale Via Espa~na but it is one of the most expensive hotels that I have ever see in my time.
4. For shopping there are two shopping centers such as Multicentro which is on Ave. Balboa and the other one is call Multi Plaza in which it is located on Via Israel. Because both are quit far, I significantly recommend that you take a hackney cab. Going to either one of these two shopping centers will cost you 1.50 USDfor a one course lift.
Near Calle Uruguay I can one and only think of fancy hotels.
But some recommendation are:

But you need to know that a hackney carriage ride back to your hotel at dark shouldnt be more than $3.
