Is in attendance a place within Califorina explicitly base or simular to Peru?
And if so where can I find it ? and but for can you take a weekend to Peru ?

Answers: Your interrogate is not clear but certainly California have the best weather of USA similar to Arequipa a lot of sunny days and not much rainfall, some Missions from the Spanish Era and some churches will resemble Peru but won't be the same. If you travel to the beach probably you may find similar beaches.
in that is quite a bit of peruvian restaurants
I know there's lot of Peruvians within NJ I find LA similar to lima(the capital of Peru) especially the weather and some parts of the city , beach etc but if you really are interested into knowing something about Peru you should budge there so you'll see how it is.
