I've have good luck near all of the most important rental outfits like Budget etc. But in the past you sign for the vehicle do a close inspection of every body panel / glass/ and undercarriage. Take photos or video as you do this. I belive any rental in costa Rica is appropriate, once you have cause a good check out of the coup¨¦ when they give it to you. Alamo and Budget, good american rentals, We also own Tricolor (that is cheaper than the americans) and have great service. For a more local one walk for Mapache, They have great cars, great service and adjectives national. Wherever you rent one at take well brought-up notes of previous harmed.

I'd say Alamo, it's give or take a few 500mts from the main airport, and the prices are average.
