same as everywhere else.. except they arent so much into the "brands or Marcas" near isnt the social pressure to wear the cool expensive clothes..
although the planchas wear nike.. :) oh please! they dress the same as here!! exept for the Hiphop look or ghetto look next to the really baggy pant and bling bling they don't wear that! but then they wear jeans, shirts, shorts, dresses, sneakers, etc.
