What are the safest neighborhoods in Caracas? I'm assuming it is upper or middle class; but which ones are the safest? Which areas of the city are the most locked, which are the most dangerous?

Answers: The safest are in Chacao, Baruta and el Hatillo. The most chancy would be down town.
Easy answer, the whole city is unsafe I live nearby 10 years ago and it was a nightmare, specially if you're foreign.
I lately went nearby to visit and it is 100 times worse.
