Answers: 'Kicks of the drowning one?' I guess it means 'last gasps' or 'grasping for straws' or something similar to that? You probably say that when you know somebody is lately doing or saying something because they enjoy nothing disappeared. They know they're finished. That would be my guess. Good luck.
It basically translates to ultimate gasps of a drowning man.In the USA we would vote going down for the third or last time. Similar to that. I know the words translate diff. but thats what it manner.
