What is the cyber-café situation within Caracas?
Are cyber cafés common within Caracas, as in Argentina, Perú, etc.? What is the going hourly rate for a computer?
Answers: I don't want to nouns nasty or anything and I don't want to start a political discussion. But I read, newly yesteday, that the Venezuelan president was planning to prohibit the use of Internet surrounded by the country.

yes they are. they are adjectives over and often severely tiny. going rate..pretty cheap depends on the place. usually a few bucks for a hour.
