Advice for stuff to do surrounded by Ecuador for the Holidays?
I'm visiting my friend contained by Ecuador for New Years for two weeks. I'm flying into Guayaquill and I will be staying mainly contained by Cuenca.

I agree a trip to the Galapagos would be great. At that time of the year, the giant tortoises eggs start to hatch. It's also the warmer season.
The problem though is it may be difficult to obtain a reservation on short notice. I suspect most of the tour companies are already booked during this time time. The park carefully regulates how heaps people can call on.
