The house of Simón Bolívar is a museum. It's one of the few places (there also the Quinta Anauco in San Bernardino) that show the approach of life within colonial times. The house of Simón Bolívar was renovated during the rule of Juan Vicente Gómez in the untimely 1900's. During this renovation all of what's marble today be added. (During the colony marble was unused in homes no thing how rich the families where)
