Are in that more things to do within La Fortuna (Arenal Volcano) or Monteverde Cloud Reserve?
I'm planning a trip to Costa Rica. I'm thinking of concentrating my week long trip in a few places. One one Manuel Antonio. The other one being any La Fortuna (around Arenal Volcano) or Monteverde. Which of the two would be better for longer term lodging vs. the other one, which would probably be simply a day trip? Thanks!
PS: What's the best transportation between La Fortuna and Monteverde. Thanks again!!

Both are similar, not to much to do contained by one week!!. Non of them are a day trip.
Transportation: rent a sports car ( depend of the road) or bus ( 7-10 hours)
