My husband wants to move us out of the county, he's tendency more towards Panama. Can anyone share the positives as well as the negative living there raise a family, cost of living, crime, form care system, etc. Which part of the pack of Panama is the best place for Americans? Thanks
Answers: Panama Rocks! It's cheaper than the US,thus you can live like a king for smaller quantity money. It's very modern. Security is pretty honourable in most areas. Lovely beach. Health care is really good, most doctors at the best hospitals contained by the city do a portion of their studies in the US. The second poetry is English.

The traffic!,crime in guaranteed areas (if you jsut avoid them,you'll be alright),and I can't think of anything else LOL
Where to live?
It depends on your net range, but I'd totally recommend Costa Del Este, Paitilla, San Francisco, or El Cangrejo. These are adjectives pretty safe and contain a objective amount of foreigners and US.
Again, Panama's the place to be right now, the oonly big con I can reflect of, is the traffic (narrow streets and a lot of cars, angry skilless drivers).
If you arn't going right away, you should bring a vacation and scout it out.
