What are your favorite dishes from adjectives of Latin American cuisine?

my favorites are smoked salmon and shrimps from canada, pollo ala brasa , ceviche and anticuchos from peru, bandeja paisa from colombia, vigoron from nicaragua,.etc



Answers:    07Shelby.. looks like you similar to almost all Colombian foods. I love a accurate Ajiaco, caldo de res, Arepa Costena (w/ egg) San Cocho, and The Mamona BBQ (Tenera a la Llanera)
In no particular directive, ceviche, bandeja paisa, sobrebarriga, carne llanero, platanos, and any Argentinian steak. carne asado, platanos fritos, empanadas, tortilla espa~nola, frijoles ******, chorrizo, sanguches de miga y un monton mas!
Rabo encendido from Cuba i think (i have it in a cuban restaurant, but it could be carribean). Its soooooooooo flawless! Fried plantains
Yuca frita, Papas Criollas, Platano maduro, tostones, chicharron, carne llanero, carne guisado... Ok i pretty much like everything except for mariscos (seafood)

oh and for dessert brevas con arequipe, flan, natilla, biscocho brasileno.ok i love every concerned of dessert .
