Anyone hold experience going to Peru next to Southern Cross Humanitarian?
I'm thinking of making a humanitarian trip to peru next year next to Southern Cross Humanitarian. Anyone have experience beside them? What were your Peru experiences resembling? What is the weather like contained by July/August? What is the food like? How did the altitude effect you?
Answers: never go with southern cross, but peru is a pretty special place, its pretty hot within july. the food is not that great, but you will find stuff you like, i ate plentifully of roasted chicken, chinese food. the altitude sickness was really desperate in Cuzco, it took me almost 2 days to return with used to it. but once you do, its an amazing place.
