Best place to call in contained by South America?

What is the best place to visit surrounded by South America? I am not looking for high rise buildings, i return with enouph of that here in Beijing, China. Im looking for a country beside culture and not much american precence. I want to be able to interact near the locals, i speak fluent Spanish. I also want to meet indegenous ancestors, if possible. Any suggestions?

Answers:    im not so sure lindsay wishes her head examined. dont listen to american propaganda. youre looking for a place next to little american influence, so why would u want to listen to a baboon like josh who is clearly influenced by usa. if youre not a greedy capitalist, you own nothing to verbs about. if you want to be in motion to a place where culture are respected, not only because theyre rich, consequently go to venezuela. psyche say skip costa rica, and budge to cuba. thats another great place.
Skip South America and go to Costa Rica of late up from Panama and Colombia. You won't be disappointed. Been there oodles times. Tell Lindsay Nelson she needs her organizer examined. Venezuela - NO WAY. In Venezuela you might get shot for trying to speak your mind. Just look at adjectives the violence since Chavez shut down a box station enjoyed by most of Venezuela but have views that opposed his dictatorship. My aunt and uncle be stationed in Venezuela for 2 years next to a telecommunication's company. They basically be held captive as prisoners as they could merely "safely" travel between the compound they lived in and the place that they worked. They despised it. Oh and all that "grease money" that is supposedly anyone redirected to the poor by Chavez - whip a look at the outrageous slums and destitution that is still ever so prevalent today contained by Venezuela. But if its South America that you crave - go to Carnival contained by Rio - woo hoo! That's Brazil. venezuela. its got a honest socialist govt with little american influence, and locals would probably be cool
The rural areas surrounded by Peru, close to the Andean range. Buenos Aires have historic neighborhoods, beautiful places. I would recommend that for sure

Here you own apartments on that area

Argentina!
...but if you want no american influence and indigenous race to speak to, it would have to be the north of the country. Where I live, contained by the Patagonia (southern Argentina), there is some american influence and terrifically few indigenous people. Of Course: Argentina
