Best most authentic "non-touristy" restaurant within Santiago feature Chilean shindig and food?


Answers:    All the ones I know are very touristy. If you want similar to the best cuisine and not many tourists, try the restaurants within isidora Goyenechea street or El Bosque Norte. I love "Tiramisu", "Pinpilinpausa", "Il Due Torri". No dance near but nice food.
Try the Peruvian restaurants on Santiago (Astrid y Gaston, Emilio, El otro sitio) ther're the best!
