Anyone know who is the unmarked president surrounded by Ecuador?
Does anyone one know who was only elected the new president within Ecuador? My in law live there, and I might move in attendance soon, but Im not real sure, I am audible range alot of bad things just about the president, and the goverment being "leftist" wich is not really upright, cause it take money from the working people and give it to lazy general public, and just get the goverment officals rich while taxing to death the those who live there. If any one have any info on this situation I would be very grateful!
Answers: His entitle is President Correa. I definitely don't share his political and financial views, but I own to say that he is probably the smartest party that I've ever know. He has be able to takeover all powers (legislative, judicial and others contained by his favor) in smaller number than one year.
For a country that has have 16 head of states contained by the past 10 years (source:winkipedia), political turmoil is a certainty of life.
However, the delay of the future engagements of this newly elected President is something that fears us the most. He is suitable friend of Chavez (Venezuela's President), he is not as radical within his speech towards the US as Chavez is, but he is certainly starting to do things similar to what Chavez have done.
It is not true that he is taxing heavily the working people and take their money away. This isn't true, but we don't know what would happen down the road.
Honestly, I am looking for ways to migrate for the alarm of the unknown that he has generate is making me look elsewhere. At this moment, I want to have my assets immobilize elsewhere until there is a clear picture of what is really going to start.
If you are planning on visiting, come along. It is a wonderful place, if your plans are to settle here, I would recommend to continue a while until we find out what he is up to. (Dropping the leftist speech and start working)
