Answers: Panama
Costa Rica
Chile
Here in my country Panama. Cost of living is impressively low and It's very unforced to make a business, People want to invest here every time more
Obviously there is Crime but it's not as large as other Latin American countries such as El Salvador and Guatemala
I would say Bogota, because it's one of the biggest cities within the world, also there is too much money movement within Bogota...life over at hand is good, it's a really nontoxic city and very verbs. you will always do something surrounded by Bogota and fairs and everything...another option i would say san jose, costa rica. Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. but i dont know those cities...merely Bogota!! good luck and brand the right choice Chile has a better discount and a more democratic government than most other Latin American countries.I visit there twice, one time living in attendance for 6 months. It is a beautiful country beside friendly people.
Best wishes.
Uruguay, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, and regions of Brazil and Paraguay I'd articulate Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.
Go to PER'U the people is so friendly, the cost of living is low, the food is the best, the wherewithal city Lima is so fun, they are always widen to help the foreign ancestors, is easy to bring back a job, sure don't expected to win a great deal of money, but the experience is unique.
the country offer you so many different pictures to see, Coast, Andes, Amazon.
Chile is boring, cold, nil new purely a long cost of desserts and cold water.
I bet Costa Rica is moral to live in. Cost of living is low and everything is cheap. Scroll down to see the results of this British couples trip throughout Latin America. I deliberate you'll be surprised by the results!

Chile, unlike many Latin countries, is not "infected" beside the "Chavez virus". The economy is stable, is a relatively protected place, people are impressively intellectual, food sucks, housing is fairly cheap, they are terrifically open-minded and liberals.
