Can you communicate me the definite, serious and honest prices for hom renting within Caracas ?
I tried to get some info on the internet, but it seem that the prices, either for Dutch auction or for rent, are the same prices than contained by Europe ( I am in France ).
I see within the news that Venezuela have poverty and unemployment problems, despite of its anyone a huge oil producer, and I've hear that the middle salary and the minimum pay are only 1/3 of the middle european stipend and the minimum european salary.
So I freshly can't understand why 60m2 apartements can cost more than 100 000 euros contained by Venezuela. Not to mention monthly rent prices that are the same as Paris spotlight ! ( more than 600 euros per month )
Can you explain me HOW poor people contained by Venezuela can pay their home rent or buy a house ?
Answers: Poor nation live in grisly situation, and dont pay that... youre looking for apartments that are much nicer than the average Venezuelan live in. It have been 2 years since I lived surrounded by Venezuela and we have have a large devaluation within our currency, but to me it does sound close to too muh what they're charging you.
Are you sure that you're getting the ammounts right?
Very poor people live within the slums. They don't pay rent becuse they trade name their own homes.
