Airfare sale to the Caribbean or Central America? Need comfort near affordable airfare..?
I'm having a horrible time finding affordable airfare this summer for the month of August. I would love to be in motion back to Belize, but I can't find affordable roundtrip airfare. I own to buy two roundtrip tickets and the cheapest flight including taxes and fees has be around $550 each. I own put in for flexible date and checked a few different airlines. I would also travel to a different destination in Central America or the Carribean if the price be right. Please help and dispense any insight have you about sales or deal. I really appreciate it, thanks.
Answers: Spirit Air will start flying to San Pedro Sula, Honduras contained by late July. They hold a fare $64 each instrument from Fort Lauderdale. I've heard that delta and continental enjoy lowered their fares as powerfully to Sula. It's a cheap 2-3hr bus ride to the cities of Tela and La Ceiba on the Caribbean Coast. Tela is nice for its beaches, La Ceiba great for river rafting/ecotourism jungle lodges. From La Ceiba can filch a ferry (one hour, $25) to Roatan or Utila, where on earth they have spectacular scuba diving and snorkeling. Also, you'll spend deeply less money on rooms surrounded by Honduras than in Belize.
