Born within Panama. How to make a purchase of my birth ticket.?
at Colon Hospital. does anyone know what gov't office would own the original?
Answers: Contact the closest Panamanian embassy or consulate closest to your home. Ask to speak to their consular services division more or less obtaining your birth qualification. The fee will be around US$75.
if you own a cedula you could do it here, if not you own to go to Panama and they can issue you one and brand name sure you buy the timbres otherwise it wont be valid here.
