Even after the citizenship is granted if you divorce the Panamanian you will loose the citizenship to Panama. We know a US guy who has 10 years of nuptials in Panama to a Panamanian near two kids and he is loosing his Panamanian citizenship. He's attorney can't do a thing just about it so they say.
