Are houses within costa rica...?
are they really this cheap?
I was doing a spanish project, and I chose this house surrounded by costa rica. It was really nice, approaching it would be considered a really really nice house in the US. But after the price said (the site was surrounded by spanish, it was a costa rican website) it said that it be 328,000.00. now would that be within costa rican currency? or united states currency? I would assume costa rican, but after I converted the price and it came out to 665 USD. Is that right? will 665 dollars buy me a house contained by costa rica?
if so... jeez i'll just move nearby. :P
Answers: jajajajaja It s a joke, right?
Most possible if it was a really fancy house after that was the monthly rent of the house. Most houses contained by low income neighborhoods of CR cost 15k to 35k USC. So if its a fancier house in a nicer neighborhood after its more expensive than that. Most of the real estate website shows the prices surrounded by US dollars and colones (Costa Rica currency). I believe the price you saw at that website has to be contained by US dollars.
There is no way you can find a house by that price, unless it is contained by very impossible shape.
1 US$ = 498 (328000x498)
For 665USD you can rent a nice house.
One of the many reason why Americans do prefer to move and live in Costa Rica is because the lifestyle is better and more affordable. It is relatively true that Costa Rica real estate is cheaper compare to near locations. Affordable yet point. I guess when they are saying 325,000 they be a sign of USD, as you will not find a house for $600 and if you can do let me know.
I own included some links to help you out on your project.
Costa Rica is its own nation and not on US soil. I believe the other poster is referring to Puerto Rico
$1 US = 500 Colones
328,000. Colones = more or less $65,000. US
The price is probably in US Dollars. Buying a house surrounded by Costa Rica is now pretty expensive!
I instinctively dont find the houses cheap here, actually Costa Rica is expensive. Houses are at $350 000 and you would enjoy to look locally to find cheaper houses. Shh.. don't tell anyone. You can also hire cheap labor for roughly speaking $2 an hour.
350K USD....sorry...... that would actually be within costa rican currency... but your math is all wrong. explicitly not $665.
hmm i doubt it would be nice if it was within pesos but hmm but if it was a nice one cahnces are its USD since its a usa kingdom
