Whats the most precarious country for a tourist to pop in contained by South America?
For muggings, assaults and killings roughly. People keep saw Venezuela or Colombia... is that true, or jibberish? Oh and if its so dangerous within... why don't they put more police out or something? Are they that stupid to not know that they can make it safer for tourists if they put more police out?

I be on vacation for the first time within Colombia in July and past i left i be soo scared everybody discussions horrors about it. To my surprise it be not dangerous at adjectives. I think if you use adjectives sense like not getting into perilous areas especially at night or showing sour money you should be okay. It's like if I step to downtown LA here in California at dark most likely it will be uncertain and i can get into trouble. Colombia is exceptionally beautiful and in attendance are many places to see and look in so give yourself a great deal of time. As for Venezuela I know a couple that just come back from leave and they said it was not detrimental and they were surprised beside how organized and beautiful it be. So good luck.
Colombia, Venezuel, or Brasil (have you see that video of the tourists being mugged?) It's not Colombia. It's a shame culture keep proverb that. I was robbed contained by Argentina, in Buenos Aires, contained by the middle of the street, in front of the hotel and nobody help me. They just told me I should be more far-sighted because it was a highly dangerous and to use their own words, "race would kill you for a pound of rice".
I didn't fathom out at the time, but then someone explained that the situation surrounded by that country is so bad that you of late can't go to a grocery store to buy a few groceries because the moment you step out you're going to be robbed by adjectives the people that are here waiting for a victim.
I approved to leave for Chile the really next year.

Venezuela and NOT Colombia. Colombia used to be deeply dangerous because of the guerilla but immediately the current president has it mode of under control. The safest place?..Chile.
The most dodgy undoubtedly is Venezuela, both for its criminality and political risk. I am right. Period.
