Vacation home contained by Nicaragua or Costa Rica?
I am looking to buy a beachfront vacation home / investment property surrounded by Central America. I just go to Costa Rica and it's great, but have hear that Nicaragua is still undervalued.
Does anyone enjoy experience with buying beachfront leave homes in any country?

He bought from RE/MAX and have no problem whatsoever.

Definatly Nicaragua. Its has the best homes at the lowest prices. You can buy one and even trade it for more, making you a good chunk of money.
