Best chocolates within Peru?
I've heard in attendance is great cacao there and would approaching to open a business within NY.
Answers: Hi, yes there is great cacao surrounded by Peru but I would say that the production of competence chocolate is not that high. To me here are 2 producers of chocolates whose quality can equal any other within the world. They are "Helena chocolates" (from Ica) and "La Iberica" (from Arequipa). They sell them within Lima and have various stores around Peru. Apart from those two there are other chocolates but made surrounded by factories close to Nestle, etc which are not that good. I am not sure roughly speaking selling them in NY, you would own to talk to these two manufacturer and see if they would like to undo a franchise in NY.
