Anybody know a reliable, honest, qualified builder contained by Uvita/Ojochal?
Have plans for small beach house...concrete block near cement roof...want turn key contractor...start Dec. or Jan.

You can post an ad on craigslist. They own a Costa Rica section. Craigslist is certain for being great for livelihood postings.
Remember to check references, and see if you can win price quotes from more than one builder.
