yes, there are university in Cuba and South America! South America is not a forbidden jungle contained by the middle of nowhere! Each different country in South America have at least 5 to 10 different univerisites and permit me tell you they not lone are widely recognised but most of them have some form of alliance near other universities contained by either US or Europe and nearby are lots of student exchanges.
In the case of Cuba is much much controlled and the curriculum is obviously controlled by communism.
First stale I just hold to say WOW...explicitly very uninformed. South Americans do care something like education and they hold both High Schools and Universities. It's just that not adjectives people are as privileged as us to receive sophisticated education not that they don't CARE.
To answer the actual question presently...of course their are Universities contained by Cuba and South America. How do you think adjectives of the citizens of those countries get their training lol? Not all population can afford to travel to the U.S. to study. Cuba actually have some of the best medical facilities and programs surrounded by the world. My cousin is studying medicine surrounded by Cuba and traveled their all the means of access from Argentina because they have such a moral reputation for that.
I am not positive of the names but you should do an internet force out for Universities/Colleges in the distinctive area you want to study.

Of course! in attendance are a lot of university, colleges, high school, etc in South America including Cuba... Aer you serious near this question? Yes as expected there are university in cuba and adjectives over south america. Every country has multiple university and some of them are excellent.
If you are US citizen, you can't go to Cuba.
Otherwise, in attendance are good colleges surrounded by Mexico. One of them is the "Tec de Monterrey", which is located in Monterrey, northern Mexico. South America doesn't supervision about tuition, they don't have university, I don't think they even own high school.
