Advise on travel to Peru?
I have other wanted to step to Peru. I have some graduation money to fund a short trip (7-10d), I would similar to to pay for portions for my boyfriend also. I call for to do as much as I can for as cheap as I can. We are big on adventure and outlook.
Any suggestions or advise...? I ordered Frommer's guide to Peru... on its path.

Answers: Vist : Lima(downtown, miraflores and barranco) Macchu Picchu, Puno, Canyon Colca..if you want some jungle go to the Manu Park.
Peru is massively cheap, speacially for eating and sleeping, the tours, okay is better that once you get into the towns, you ask around for a travel agency, this is glorious season so they try to charge more (try to work the prices down)

i disagree with the ending poster about the hostels... in that are loads... check out www.hostelworld.com ...
...but i do agree that the Inca Trail is a must!
Book your adventures while in South America, as when u do it over the internet they regularly charge more.

A 7 morning trip is about a short as you would want to walk, but I would go as long as you can afford. The cheapest bearing is the traditional backpacking trip. I don't remember many hostels contained by South America, but there are plenty of exceptionally cheap hotels...works out the same. You hold to kind of run native, ingestion in local restaurants, riding on buses and such. It is concrete to tell you more unless I know what your situation was. If you can afford, you should do the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Not sure it fits your budget, but not a soul should go to Peru minus doing so. If that means you obligation to wait until subsequent year then so be it. Believe me, if you progress to Peru and not to Machu Picchu, you will regret it until you go vertebrae. You need to book that portion through a rule registered tour guide as they are the only ones who can clutch you there.
